Hi, I’m Emilee and I’ll be your motivator and teacher throughout our time together. I’ve been teaching movement as medicine via yoga and Pilates for the past 22 years. I survived and thrived through cancer not once, but twice. The struggle of recovering from major abdominal surgery, and being put in medically induced menopause, has taken me on a new teaching journey.
My mission is helping others who fear exercising due to pain and for those who believe they can’t do it. I’m here to tell you that you can do anything you put your mind to. The hardest part is showing up for yourself, and I will be here to help you without judgement.
My true passion is teaching people how to love and honor their bodies, no matter what. My favorite saying is, “progress, not perfection.” Give yourself permission to take time for yourself right now! You deserve it! I live in Santa Barbara, CA with my three beautiful children and two fierce and fluffy guard dogs who all bring me so much happiness.
